Neil Rhodes, (BA Min), is an associate pastor with The Springs Church. He has over 33 years of ministry experience gained by faithfully living and serving the Lord on three different continents. Neil's wide experience includes church planting, lead pastor, and conducting marriage seminars throughout the world.

Today, Neil Rhodes gives oversight to all departments that come under the pastoral care ministry at The Springs Church, and assists in preaching and teaching.

Before joining the pastoral team at The Springs Church, he and his wife Noline lived an hour south of Kiev, Ukraine. They spent two years working with their daughter's family, and ministering to pastors in Western Ukraine where they witnessed a revival among 11 churches. Prior to that he was a pastor at Times Square Church in New York City for over 12 years.

Neil and Noline have three children and fourteen grandchildren.
