Tim Dilena is the founding pastor of Revival Tabernacle Church in Highland Park, MI. It is a converted 900 seat XXX theater. Tim’s thriving inter-racial church is located in the most violent city in the state of Michigan. It is through a variety of outreaches that Revival Tabernacle has touched this city. He has been the pastor of the church for now 20 years.
Revival Tabernacle’s vision is to plant 16 churches in 16 years on the 16 different mile roads of the metro Detroit area. Their goal is to establish interracial churches that look like Revelation 7:9, “all nations and tribes, all races and languages”, in the most polarized racial city in America. In 2010, they are planting the first of 16 in Pontiac, MI.
Pastor Tim has been the visiting pastor at David Wilkerson’s Time Square Church for the last 14 years, where he ministers monthly. He speaks for Major League Baseball and NFL team chapels as well as corporate and entertainment industry chapel services. He ministers cross denominationally in colleges and seminaries. He has also written for magazines and periodicals. He is also one of the contributors for the new Thomas Nelson “Revival Bible”.
The pulpit ministry of Revival Tabernacle is heard in 45 states around the US and over 30 nations around the world. Pastor Tim is a graduate from the Oxford Center of Christian Apologetics. He and his family lived in Oxford England while studying under the top Christian apologists in the world.
Pastor Tim Dilena and his wife Cindy live in the city where they minister with their four children: Christian Paul, Anna Sophia, Grace Elizabeth and Lauryn Gwen.
